Recent Awards - Racecourse Hill Darfield

This property was also joint winner of the Canterbury Heritage Awards in 2016 - Domestic - Served and Restored Award.

In 2012 we began the massive restoration of Racecourse Hill Homestead in Darfield. This was 3 years of total refurbishment. The homestead was deemed irreparable by EQC insurers but our client opted to restore it to her former glory. In 2016 we won the following awards for this beautiful home.
