Introduction - Sharing dreams, ideas and budget with architect.
Concept plan review - Clients look at sketches and decide if the sketches reflect their visions and budget.
Develop plan review – Any changes that need to be made before working drawings start?
Building consent and PIM applications to be submitted to local council (resource consents to council where applicable).
PRODUCT AND MATERIAL SELECTION
Update and review budget to ensure budget is very clear and on target.
Take client to do the buying. Selection of building materials and fittings. (Those that have been allowed for in budget review).
Pricing will be completed in a time-frame appropriate to the size of the build. Anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks.
PRESENTATION OF PRICING & CONTRACTS TO CLIENTS
Contract sign and payment schedule issued to clients.
Construction Schedule issued to client.
CONSTRUCTION - MAKING YOUR DREAMS & PLANS TANGIBLE!
Your home will be built in a time-frame stipulated in the construction schedule that you have been issued with at stage 7. Scheduled on-site clients meetings will be fulfilled by C.B.C. Ltd before each payment schedule is invoiced for.
Final payment made. Handover keys to clients.
